Report Samples
xLab provides extensive reporting capabilities for Laboratory Management, QC and of course patient reports. Many reports have user configurable attributes to make them more flexible and usable. In addition patient reports can be user configured in many ways and, as AP-Visions uses the industry standard Crystal Reports engine, specific customization is possible.
Management Reports
Standard Management Reports
Daily Log - The classic Daily Log report showing what patient samples were entered in a given date time range.
Incomplete Work - For a given date time range, what work remains to be completed.
Abnormals Report - It is often desirable to see what results were outside of their ranges for a given sample date time range. This report does just that as well as allows selection of by Physician or by Location.
Test Tally - Ever wonder how many tests were ordered in a given day, week, month, year? Test tally gives you just that!
Test List - It is sometimes helpful to see a tests Result Ranges, Delta Ranges, and Calculations on one simple to read report.
Result List - You know you defined a result but can't remember what tests use it! The Result list report gives you a complete result list and where each is used. You can select all types of results or just the type you are interested in.
Worklist - Although not often, sometimes you simply need to print a Worklist.

Standard Sample Report - The sample report is the heart of patient reporting.
Screen Report - Drug Screen report provides Drug Screen specific information in a format most usable by you physicians.
Toxicology Patient Reports
Qualitative Summary - One of two drug summary reports.
Alt Qualitative Summary - The 2nd of two drug summary reports.
Drug Screen - Includes both Qualitative and Quantative results.
Cumulative Drugs - A Cumulative (trend) report for Drugs. Options for 5 or 7 column and various other user options.
Billing
Billing Report - A Consolidated report suitable to giving to your billing department.
QC
QC Report - You can get three different presentations of QC Reports; Tabular only, Levy-Jenings only, or both. What's more you can choose a single instrument or All, Single control or All, and a single analyte or all. The example is the All configuration with a single Instrument/Control/ and Analyte.
